Grand Phillip Cismigiu Park Downtown Bucharest

The location is really great. Very nice neighborhood , lots of coffeehouses, restaurants and the park at your doorstep. The bed was good size and very comfortable. The linen and the towels were very good. It was clean.

The property is on ground floor , which is not in the description. I had a problem with the lock of the front door. The door couldn't be locked from outside. It took me three hours to contact smb for help, so I had to pack my luggage and take it back to my car in order to explore the town. The owner contacted me 3 hours later to instruct me of the specifics of the process of locking the door, which were not mentioned in the description or the initial instruction. After this misfortunate episode everything was OK. I would suggest better instructions and rearranging the kitchenette, so that the microwave may have access to the power socket.

The location is good, near to the old town, we were with car and had some issues with parking, we found a parking spot o the street, so if you are with car look for a parking in advance.

We had only one blanket.

Location is amazing! The room and its equipment is perfect!! Better than expected, surely would suggest!

Only issue was that it was on ground floor, maybe somehow we didnt realise its ground floor before booking. I would prefer upper floor generally but had no issues and the area seemed really really safe

Clear instructions. Good bathroom. Comfortable. As described. Directly looking in to park.

Small kitchen with poorly placed electricity sockets and furniture legs. No reply to my messages to host. Front door lock was unreliable.

Good location easy access

Cooking devices, not connected oven and refrigerator, door struggling to open and not safe, little spaces, bad lights, no heat for cold weather or the opposite and window in the little kitchen doesn't open.

Location is good

The bed linen was old and dirty, the landlord didn’t react of my asking to change it. The apartment is first floor therefore is nosy
