Die Lage ist günstig.Man kann zu Fuß oder mit ÖPNV alles erreichen.

Die Unterkunft ist vernachlässigt. Das Bad mit verschimmeltem Duschvorhang und verstopften Abfluss im Waschbecken und Dusche. Sehr schade das dieser Altbau nicht gepflegt wird. Trotz kontaktieren der Firma vor Ort wurde der Abfluss nicht gereinigt. Große Enttäuschung

"Super zentrale Lage, ansonsten ausreichend"

Lage super zentral in Bezug auf Malmö und Zugverbindungen Kopenhagen, Göteborg, Stockholm. Viele Geschäfte, Einkaufszone in direkter Nähe. Alles andere aisreichend Apartments unterscheiden sich etwa, aber ähnliche Qualität. Dieses Mal war ich im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug. Waschraum im Nachbarhaus gut zugänglich und meist auch ohne Reservierung nutzbar, da es dort zwei Industriemaschinen gibt. Wlan und Fernseher wie erwartet und problemlos.

Kleiderschrank nicht nutzbar/kaputt/fehlende Bretter/fehlende Türen. Aber es gibt ein Sideboard und leere Haushaltsschränke zwischen Hauptraum und Küche Fehlendes Trockentuch für Küche. Sehr wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Türgriffe lose, fallen raus. Laute Lage bei offenem Fenster. Man kann auch über Innenhof/Küchenfenster lüften.

"Lägenhet med mycket bra läge"

Rymlig lägenhet som är i gott skick. Däremot är möblerna slitna och borde kunna bytas ut. Läget är perfekt och jag hade bra kontakt med värdarna. Det hade varit trevligt med en stabil dubbelsäng, men de två enkelsängar som fanns var ändå sköna att sova i.

Inredningen kunde uppdateras och det finns möjlighet att möblera på ett annat sätt, men det var helt okej. Vi kan bo där igen.

The location is good, but the first ground floor made us feel a bit unsafe because the windows are low.

I couldn't turn on the stove and make coffee because the stove is gas and there was no lighter anywhere. When I contacted the owner by texting the number I was given, I didn't get a response from him.
