The staff were wonderful and made everything very easy. The apartment was very nice. It was perfect for our purpose and close to anything you might need. The building security was fine. We felt very comfortable and safe. Across the street was a British style pub, which did get a bit noisy weekend nights, but we kept the windows open. Had we closed them, we might not have heard the noise. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking and eating. The light above the table seemed to be connected to a switch we couldn't locate, but there was another light that worked. The bathroom was fine as well, but our unit did not have a working outlet in it. We did just fine without it. There were plenty of other outlets and plugs available. Plenty of lighting and storage space. I highly recommend for something a bit bigger and nicer than a typical hotel or hostel. 10/10 would stay again!

Our only complaints were a lack of outlets in the bathroom, and that no matter what we did, the floor seemed to always have grit and fine debris. We tried to sweep, but it seemed like we never accomplished much. I'm sure it was probably due to having the windows open. Just a heads up for future guests!

The accommodation was very dirty and neglected, and I forgot some things inside the apartment, for example a watch and a bag with makeup and I asked them to return it and they did not want to notify me 20 minutes after leaving the apartment and another thing I booked an apartment with two rooms on the 4th floor and they put me on the 1st floor in a very unpleasant apartment and they only let me know the same day with no other option after two days they tell me that the apartment is no longer available and that I have to move

Even though, I booked at a very short notice (I was already standing in front of the property when I pushed the button), the property was prepared relatively quickly. Wifi was good, and the room is very spacious. It was quite well equipped.

Some drawers were broken. Had I stayed for longer, I would have wanted to have a proper handover with protocol to make sure, the damages are not being addressed to me later on. Also, it was a bit difficult to get to the right information on how to acquire the keys to the property. Reception was not very friendly.
