Very clean & Spacious apartment, met by the host on arrival. Handy for buses going to the city centre. Definitely would stay again.

Paid parking outside (meter) however that is the norm for Ljubljana.

Friemdly, helpful host. Lovely spacious apartment, nice terrace, great facilities.

Quite place, good location to seeking Slovenian attractions.

You need to wake up 7 o'clock to set parking.

Nothing. We plan to travel 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids (13-4 years old) Three weeks ago. Our smallest third child ( 3 years old) supposed to stay with grandparents. But a gross papa got sick! We had to change our plans and travel 2 adults and 3 kids. In another 5 different apartments we explained the situation and having no problem due to she is small (3) and always sharing the same bed. Require additionally nothing. And almost all stays free of charge. After driving 5 hours, we came to here and the host didn't accept our 3rd years old daughter just because she is the 5. guest. And said the capacity of the Hause is 4. We explained politely that was unplanned for us too. Anyway she will sleep with us in a double bed. And require nothing. (And there is no any clear information about excess child and the max capacity of the house) we already paid for two nights but the host didn't allow us to use the flat and told us to move out the house without negotiation. We perplexed. We went to police and complaint.  We requested our money back, he refused and he told us to talk to booking.com. Case is open. He didn’t allow us to use the flat even if we already paid. We were having two weeks holiday and stayed 5 other different house already and had no problem. On the contrary they were so understanding and polite. But here we confront so rude,  arrogant, unfriendly behavior that we never saw in our life and we didn’t understand still the reason!

Flat is in the basement below ground floor, very dark, airless, bathroom is narrow and small, smelling moisture. Very small balkon with no view. That was awfull and a vey big mistake and experience for us and my family.

Everything was fine, rooms were clean, quiet, enough space, everything was like new, no problem with anything. This was my third stay in Ljubljana and i will try to get in this hotel next time if it will be possible. Good quality for reasonable price.

The host is very pleasent and helpful. The apartment is clean, warm and cosy, you have all you could need. It is in quitet residental area, and you need 25 min on foot to the city center.

Everything was great.
