Цена-качество. Квартира большая, в хорошем месте. Может разместиться до 6 человек. Маленькая кухня, отдельно гостиная и отдельно 2 спальни - что очень удобно.

Ремонт требует небольшого обновления. Я не могу сказать что оно всё плохое. Оно всё старенькое - особенно кухня и ванная. Было ощущение что я приехала в гости к бабушке) в этом ничего плохого нет.
