Location was really good easy walk to all aspects of the old town. Property was rated 2 stars and was old fashioned in some respects and modern in others,new bathroom and some lighting.clean and comfortable.

Check in procedures managed by agents zymzo an absolute nightmare.starts a week before check in wanting you to upload their app.eventually got them to send e mail with a link.this wouldn't open on my phone .wouldn't release code for key box a second before 4.pm on day of check in.Had to phone on arrival at 4 or after to obtain code.nowhere to park outside other than on the pavement while make call to get keys and car park card for car park 100 metres down the hill.easy to get into Buckingham Palace.very stressful and totally unnecessary.

Very comfortable bed, great location for taking trips around the city

Its an OK apartment, location is good and the free parking option closeby was a big bonus for us. The host was responsive as we could not find it first. It would have been better if it were communicated clearly beforehand with address and other information.

The street is noisy. I did not like that I had to pay deposit and keep checking my account to check if its paid back. It was but i think its totally unnecessary collecting 80 euro. Not much value can be found in this apartment and if something is damaged, 80 euro will not make much difference :)

Location is excellent, the apartment is comfy and has great facilities

Only issues were with check in, both outside the direct control of the apartment: I booked at lunchtime for the same evening, and they use an online check in that looks like it relies on a link sent a week in advance of the stay.... Which was obviously not possible in this case. But they sorted this out within 5 minutes of a phone call, so all good. The other issue was the car park card was cracked and didn't work, but again, they sorted out an alternative that meant I was parked up within 15-20 minutes of the first call about it. Would have preferred zero issues obviously, but the two that came up were very quickly resolved.

The size of the apartment, the kitchen and bedroom.

The location wasn't great but the town is small enough so you get around easily. The parking lot is great but instructions weren't very clear on how to get there.

Great location, very clean, well equipped, good value, excellent host- free parking in gated lot.

Just the traffic at night was sometimes a bit loud but everything else was perfect.
