Geamurile ori nu se închideau bine ori erau de pro asta calitate iar frigul și vântul intrau în casă.

New building, modern finish, very clean, amazing panorama of the city as the block is up a hill but within walking distance from the Old Town. A big Carrefour nearby. From the train station, take the bus nr.4 and get off at the CityHall.
