Powerful airconditioning in the room - cope with high temperatures in minutes. Great view from the apt.

Awesome location and beautiful , clean apartment with everything you need. Very friendly and helpful host!

Amazing view of the sea and sunrises! Great accommodation, close to 2x Mega Image supermarkets, McDonald's and Delfinariu (live Dolphin show). Also, fast food location is very close. When checking in, we found cool water, marshmallows and gummy bears in the fridge available, ice in the freezer and coffee pods for the espresso machine also. Bathroom with clean towels (more in the bedroom closet) and soap, toilet paper (more available under the sink). Bed with clean sheets, bedroom with higyened air conditioner, bedroom closet with iron, vacuum cleaner (useful for sand), clothes rack dryer, ironing board, TV (needs Samsung account to work, didn't really cared). Acoomodation also features clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, dishes washing machine, stove, table for four, up to six if moved a bit, very large windows (floor to ceiling) with amazing view. Balcony with 2 chairs and coffee table and spare room also available. Parking space reserved and included. Host pro's : very detailed and clear instructions on everything, very prompt answer if questions are messaged (almost instantly), fiscal invoice given for accommodation. Host cons: none found Apartment's pro's: all of the above. Apartment's cons: bed sheets got warm due to fabric, but air conditioning is available if you want to cool down.

One single thing (not completely wrong): bed sheets and pillow got me sweating, didn't liked the fabric. It was just me from a total of 3 people. Still, air conditioner is available for every bedroom + one for kitchen/dinning room but I'm not really a fan of sleeping with AC on.

Apartment as advertised. Great (online) interaction with owner. Clean apartment, comfortable beds, no tobacco smell, all facilities in working order. Coffee maker available. Appreciated the coffee pods and instant coffee options. Nice touch with the 1 L water bottle in the fridge. The apartment has its own heating and cooling options. Loved the large shower! Parking available at all times near-by. Access to the beach extremely easy and close to the property. We ordered in or dined out, but the apartment has all the necessary utensils for basic cooking. There is even a dishwasher. The entire apartment was designed with taste. We noticed it and appreciated it. The views of the Black Sea are stunning, even after the seeing it dozens of times before. The large beach beside the property was preparing to offer a few beach playground options for families with kids.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. A suggestion to the owner: a kettle in the kitchen as well as a small garbage bin and a foot stool in the toilet room (makes the toilet business much easier for kids) would make this property perfect, from our point of view.
