Gazda receptiva, curatenie (exceptand tapiteria coltarului), locatia apartamentului in proximitatea promenadei si a plajei, supermarket-ul de la parterul cladirii.

Petele de pe coltar, pozitionarea aerelor conditionate la nivelul camerelor, pozitionarea cuptorului cu microunde (lipsa priza pentru acesta), mobilier incomod balcon, blatul deteriorat de la baie, necesitatea unui mobilier minimalist si in balconul cu iesire din bucatarie/living.
