Excellent location, exquisite apartment located on the ground floor of a quiet street, with direct access to a beautiful furnished terrace / garden. We loved our stay here as everything was designed to make our stay perfectly comfortable. Would recommend it 100%.

The professional photos of the apartment are beautiful and made it look like a dream accommodation. The parking situation is excellent: it is a secured underground parking spot with direct access to the building and elevator.

While the listing shows a luxury, flower-filled oasis, the actual condition of the apartment was unacceptable and unhygienic. - Disgusting Hygiene: The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. We found dried nasal mucus on the bathroom wall, cigarette ash on the bedroom windowsill, and a dirty toilet. There was hair and dust especially in the corners and under the bed, plus spider webs in the living room (check the light above the couch...). - Kitchen & Electronics: The kitchen sink was covered in thick limescale buildup. The TV remote was greasy, filthy, and missing its battery cover, it was disgusting to even touch. - The "Terrace" Scam: The terrace was actually a storage area filled with mops, buckets, and even what appeared to be spare glass doors (?!) probably missing from the master bedroom wardrobe. - Shower Defects: The tile grout was covered in mold and dirt. The glass partition is not watertight, causing the bathroom to flood every time the shower is used. Do not be fooled by the staged photos; the reality is neglected and filthy. There is absolutely nothing "luxury" about this place.
