Great location with beautiful views. Fully equipped and comfortable.

Gorgeous apartment with lovely views over the rooftops. We parked our car in the Arze parking garage and it was an easy walk down to the apartment with small roller cases. Easy to walk everywhere. Many lovely cafes, restaurants nearby. Good communication.

Beautifully appointed, great view. Although a bit tricky to find initially, it was in a great location

The property is elevated which is essential for the best views however you do need to be relatively fit to walk and carry luggage up the many steps. Access via the road to the cathedral is advisable.

Taxi mentioned with apartment service was useless. Exactly where to park ie address was not clear. Bus use was not described well.

We arrived late in the afternoon and the weather was overcast and so my first impression of this unit was maybe negatively influenced by this. However as the next day was sunny and the unit was soaked in sunlight, I began to feel more appreciative of the position and the inclusions in the unit. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make a couple of meals, after buying fresh produce from the market. The lounge area was comfortable, bright and sunny. The washing machine and dryer were a blessing as we had been travelling for a few weeks and this was the main reason why I booked the apartment.

The bedroom was very poor. While the bed was very comfortable there were no side tables or bedside lights which prevented us from reading in bed. The bed was pushed over against the wall which made it difficult to get out of the bed without disturbing my husband. We were provided with one old pillow each which was barely stuffed. I did request another pillow each which did arrive mid morning the next day. The bathroom was unventilated - no window or vent to the outside. The unit had no information within it for guests. We accidentally turned the water heater off in the bathroom and didn't realise until we received a message on our second day telling us where the water heater switch was. There was no manual for the stove which made it very difficult as all the markings were rubbed out. I had also understood the an iron and ironing board were in the unit but there were none and they arrived the next day after I contacted the owner/manager.

Very nice apartment, very nice view. Everything was as described. Very good communication with Lana!

I would have expected some soap and shampoo... Having a microwave could be a good idea...

Minor - pillows were so flat and with all the rain, the house sprang a leak. All easily fixable. Revert back to likes.
