Nice & economic Studio

The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s a bit from the centre of the city but it’s a great place to see places around Baia Mare.

The owner was really nice!! She helped me a lot, the apartment was really nice and cosy, the building is not really nice from outside but it's okay, the apartment is good and more! I totally recommend it. There are some grocery shops nearby and a shopping center 9 minutes by taxi (it costs around 15 Lei= 3.04 euros).

It's 18 minutes away from the train station so you might need to take a taxi but it's okay! Bolts are very cheap.

The interior is just gorgeous. The host is more than kind, she is very helpful. You can park in front of the house so you can see your car from the window. The apartment has everything you need! I was just amazed, just like home.

The entourage of the house may be a little weird; you should not be frightened of the house look, it is from the 80's. This is how it is... I climate system would be useful, it is very hot in the summer being on the last floor.

The apartment was spotless clean, all details were carefully thought. The owner came to greet us and give the keys and necessary information. All went smooth and pleasant.

The block of flats (stair case especially) is in bad condition and this is not good for the first impression. The position of the apartment at the last floor favor its heating from the top and the fan which the owner provided is helpful but not enough. An air conditioner would improve a lot the comfort.

Most needed things are in the studio and the very helpful host would certainly provide whatever might be missing upon asking.

The building the flat lies in is quite decrepit, with a range of smells and sounds of the less pleasant kind.

Good location, near to the main train station and autogara (bus) station. Equipped furniture and kitchenette. Very nice sunset view. The apartment is located at the fourth floor without escalator, this might be one of the concerns for those who may carrying large luggages. We are carrying big backpacks so this is okay for us.

Housekeeping shall be improved. Suppose the apartment is not allowed smoking and we do not smoke but not sure why there is smell of smoking (cigarette) inside, especially in the bathroom, probably from neighborhood? Hope the owner might take note of this issue.
