Belgrade Downtown Residence

It is very central and next to a parking space. Directions werr clear and communication was prompt.

Building was really old and unpleasant. The lift felt extremely unsafe. The apartment was not as clean as it should. Made us feel uncomfortable so we had to leave after day one. Badly maintenance. Windows not shutting + unpleasant bug guests.

Location

It is a 105 years old building in bad condition. The accomodation is on the fourth floor. It smells cigarettes, the bathroom smells bad from sewer. The whole flat is not really clean.

Communication with the manager of the apartament, and location of the property.

Cleanliness of the place was very poor, there was dust everywhere, the linens were worn out, the windows were terrible, you could not close them full in the living room and in one of the bedrooms the window was totally not functional, and whole place was stinking on cigarettes. The apartement does not look at all as shown on the pictures.
