I have chosen this property exactly because of location - it was a few minutes walk from the court where my son has appointment for private basketball coaching session. Very affordable price, good host (I haven't meet him in person) but his wife is very nice and kind person, meet us in front of the apartment and showed us everything. Imo this is very good option for short (up to 1 week) stay if you are going to cook inside. If you are not going to cook at all it will be very comfortable to stay even longer. Living room is isolated from bedroom, AC are installed in both rooms, kitchen with electric stove and oven, fridge some kitchen accessories so we were able to cook breakfast lunch and dinner, very good big table, very comfortable double bed and big sofa bed. At least 2 shops around, public transport, pretty quite area, 25 minutes walk from Old Town. Very comfortable shower with good water pressure and 24/7 hot water. Underfloor heating and radiators, washing machine. 2 TV's wide range of SAT TV channels, so we were very happy with our choice! Communication with host was perfect, he was not annoyingб helping us with registration in local police station. Highly recommended! We have stayed twice in this apartment. I forgot to mention WIFI service - it's very good, fast and pretty stable. Not sure if there is parking spot, we were without car, so cannot tell anything. But there is definitely public parking spots available on the street. Area around looks very safe and friendly.

To be honest, there is nothing I can complain about everything was fine and as expected! Maybe short range of kitchen accessories ( we were missing bowl for salad) but there was Chinese shop next door and just bought it. Missing hand blender, to make smoothie or cocktails, a bit of creaking doors and floors. It was not a big problem, just to note. Kitchen is very small that's why I wouldn't recommend it for long stay, but it's just my opinion.

Nice location in a quiet and authentic district of Belgrade. Area is walking-friendly. Within a walking distance to many sights (app. 15-20 minutes depending on the pace). Nice cafe with great coffee and breakfasts just few steps away from the apartment. Smaller and larger grocery shops are nearby if you need to shop for food. Small but cosy and functional apartment if you want to use it as a basecamp for exploring the city. If you are into arts/architecture (even a bit), you will find the building and the area around interesting. The host was truly accommodating: he took care of our transfer from and to the airport, showed us the area near the apartment.

Other than the cafe, which is few steps away from the apartment, we could not find other places to eat out nearby.

Owner is really nice and helpful. Really easy to find. Comfortable apartment and you will have everything you need.
