The landlord was pleasant to deal with. The apartment is bright and spacious.

There was a heavy odor in the room. Due to the fact that my wife and I were there in late fall, it was quite cold. The only way to keep warm was the air conditioner, which had not been cleaned in a very long time and gave off a very bad odor that was suffocating. We had to give up using it and slept with our clothes on at night. There was no kettle in the kitchen. This was a big problem. Also, the stove was induction and the dishes in the kitchen were not. This is some kind of bullying.
