The apartment was very comfortable and was comprised of one bedroom, one living room joined with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Three persons (2 adults + a teenager) spent there almost four days and possibility to refresh, rest, dine and overnight in the rented accommodation. The apartment's location is very close to the shopping mall and not far from the old town. Both destinations could be reached on foot, while the car was safely parked on the inner parking. The concierge was always available at the entrance. The apartment was cosy, with possibility to eat on the balcony in the sunny morning, the apartment was silent, so after a chellanging day one could concentrate and work efficiently. I am certain once we go to Novi Sad again, we will stay in the same place.

The payment method could cover such ways of payment, like credit or debit card, instead of only cash, but up to my understanding this is beyond the capacity of landlord or apartment manager (there are limited possibilities in Booking.com T's&C's for operators in Serbia). Concluding, one needs to pay cash for the rent of apartment, but there are plenty of ATMs and currency exchange points.

the apartment is in a new building, there is a guard at the entrance, I parked the car in the yard. the apartment is equipped with everything you need and is very clean. I recommend this accommodation!

Amazing apartment in a great location. Great host and incredibly polite neighbors. We both enjoyed our stay there and next time in Novi Sad we have no doubt where to stay.☺️

AC unit was a bit loud, but truly a minor issue
