Jako dobra lokacija, blizu centra, ali dovoljno izolovano da je mirno i okruženo zelenilom.

Iako je treći sprat, ima malo vise stepenica do gore, pa je malo nezgodno za starije osobe, ali vrlo brzo smo se navikli.

Smeštaj je udoban i na mirnom mestu iako je veoma blizu centru. U blizini su veliki trgovinsko lanci (Univexport, Ideja...)

Nedostaje lift i sigurnostna brava na vratima za terasu kao zaštita za decu.
