Владелец приветливый. Квартира довольно тихая, я совершенно не слышал соседей (но периодически грохотал лифт за стеной)

Очень сильно и постоянно пахло сигаретами. То ли квартира прокурена, то ли откуда-то приносило запах. Стиральная машина не работает, вместо этого владелец предлагает постирать сам. Очень плохой интернет, медленный (часто 2-4 мегабита, максимум я видел 10), нестабильный, сигнал слабый, потери пакетов и дисконнекты. Фотографии не совсем актуальные, например вместо обычного стола и стульев высокий узкий стол типа барной стойки и такие же стулья. Бойлер меньше, чем на фото и другие мелочи.

"Odlican domacin i lokacija"

Cist i uredan apartman, udoban bračni krevet, odlicna lokacija, tu je Lidl, u susednom bloku je i Maxi, kao i pekare. Vlasnik me je dočekao vrlo srdacno, objašnjeno sve, i uvek bio na raspolaganju. Odlicna blizina reke, linije su savršene do centra BG-a. Vlasnik odlican. Sve u svemu, preporuka, dosao bih opet.

Jedina mana je internet, nije bila pokrivena prva soba WiFi signalom na 5GHz, na 2.4 internet nije bio dovoljno brz u istoj sobi za upload. Jedina mana, sto je presudno za ocenu 8/10.
