Πολύ όμορφο και ζεστό διαμέρισμα κοντά στο Κοπαόνικ. Είχε όλα όσα χρειάζεται. Θα το ξανά επισκεφθώ

The facilities and location are very good.

Some of the things the landlord said were quite confusing, and I felt uncomfortable about them. I hope that next time, everything can be fully clarified before communicating with guests.

Beautiful apartment with a magnificent view and a terrace. From electronics, everything that is claimed is there and works. Plenty of storage space for all things. Excellent heating.

It would be great if the apartment had a broom and a dustpan and the cleaners washed the shower better. Other than that, everything is great.

- Good location - We arrived ahead of check-in time and we were checked in - Great view from the terrace - The ski bus stops near the hotel - All the necessary equipment is present and working

- The dishes and the floor were poorly washed - Nobody came to bring trash/change the toilet paper - Not good quality of Wi-Fi (really low speed, bad coverage) - There weren't towels and we had to ask them to bring it - There was never anyone at the reception during all the days of our stay
