Amazing balcony and space.

Excellent location close to the train and bus station.

The flat is on the 4th floor of a fatiguing building without a lift, and near the entrance, there are always shady individuals, possibly homeless. The sheets were not clean, they had a lot of hair, from previous guests. The landlord, who I had read in the reviews was very kind, was rude to me, and boorish. I was very surprised,by some of his heavy comments,about my stay in Novi Sad,and about my trip. I cannot explain the reasons for this disrespect and vulgar rudeness. I only stayed in this flat because I had arrived late in the evening from Vienna, travelling with Flixbus, I was extremely tired and absolutely needed a rest.

Cozy, clean, spacious apartment, excellent owner. Theere are all necessary amenities. Quiet to sleep.
