"Just what we needed for our budget and exactly what we expected for the price"

Perfect location and budget apartment. All of our basic needs were met. I really don’t understand other reviewers and their expectations. Read the headline and don’t book if “budget” is not your standard. Otherwise don’t trash this property with your unrealistic and spoiled reviews. I am glad there are properties in this price range on the market. In addition, I can see many improvements after some past reviews so they are clearly improving. For example, there is no mold, instructions are fully detailed, additional blankets are provided etc., We had an issue with heater and the host was here almost instantly with replacement.

AC would be better for heating but this is probably the first thing on the list for next major investment.

"Nice stay, but few things should be improved and changed"

The location was excellent, everything was close, near the center. Close to the train station.

The bathroom was very cold and the water pressure in the shower was very weak and it was difficult to take a shower. There was mold on the bedroom wall which gave off a very strong and unpleasant smell. The bed frame is older and creaks with every movement.

The location is very central and close to restaurants, cafes and bridges. The price is very good for the location. The owner provided some toiletries which was really nice.

The wall of the place needs painting as the moisture is visible and there is mold. You need to have in mind there is no normal size window but a small one close to the ceiling. The path to the bed is very tiny. I was provided with video for the key but didn't work for me so I suggest you ask for further details to be able to use it.

Location is definitely attractive as it is in old town and one street away from the liver

Some major things noted: - small apartment was moist, which made bed sheets also moist. As we were in winter that was bit unpleasant. Even with heater, we cannot always turn on due to quick air drying. - Because of moisture, some mold was on the wall, which i personally could not really hold.
