Home in Bled

We had a fantastic stay at Home in Bled. The apartment is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and very well decorated, with great graphic design details. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning, both during the day and at night. It was the perfect place for a romantic winter getaway. Having a parking space directly in front of the door was a big plus. The walk to the lake is easy; on the way back you have a bit of an uphill walk—but that just means you can enjoy more Cremeschnitte 😉. We really appreciated the extra laundry room, which was very convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable (we used the king-size bed). The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking, and it was great to have a dishwasher, along with the detergents provided by the hosts. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area. We highly recommend this place and were genuinely sad to leave—it felt so cozy and welcoming.

The apartment is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It's very well designed and everything there is so thoughtful for the needs of the guests. I like how the directions/guides/instructions are given in the form of a picture frame in various spots in the house. The owners are super responsive to all questions.

It's a bit far from the city centre for those who dont drive.

Very charming apartment with a beautiful view. I loved the character of the unit, with stylish design, and nice touches like the Slovenian/Turkish coffee pot and coffee.

It was fine for us, but taller people might be challenging by the slanted ceilings and shower situation, I had to be very careful getting in and out of the shower. Also, it is an easy walk to the lake, but for those with mobility issues the walk back would certainly be a struggle. We managed it without difficulty, but needed a shower after because it is a workout coming back up the hill in summer. Still, loved this place and would happily stay again!

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a nice free parking space. Bicycles were great for a cycling tour around the lake. We loved the house and the hosts were really helpful with all the provided information.

The location, the cleanliness, it’s called cosy for a reason- pure bliss. Loved the enclosed balcony and the terrace outside. Nika and Luka always responded quickly with lots of info and recommendations. Loved the birds singing every morning too!
