There is a problem with the electrical installation

It's a quirky location in sector 3, what has a long time traveler into Bucharest it's the cleanest and safely section. Literally 500 feet away small but wealth stocks store, further down at the major intersection a large mall KFC and other stores. You have to walk up to Dristor 2 for the underground. Just beware the buses and the trams do not use the same cards! If you don't mind the international fair you can tap and go. The underground tickets you can buy underground, the plastic metro tram tickets you must buy from the Grey Shed at that intersection which is a five minute walk from the apartment.

The bathtub could really use a nice rubber bath mat, and a grab bar for getting in & out of. Better cable needed with English language CNN, BBC.

The apartment is spacious and well-lit, with a fantastic location near an outdoor shopping mall that has supermarkets, restaurants like KFC, and all essentials nearby. It's also conveniently close to the bus station. The place has great potential but some things must be improved.

While the apartment has potential, there are several drawbacks. The oven cannot be used due to the absence of a tray, and only one gas burner works, limiting cooking options (you need a lighter to turn on the rest) . The air conditioning failed to provide heat, which was uncomfortable on colder nights. Additionally, the apartment only offers a thin wool blanket, which may not be sufficient for colder weather. The most significant issue is the very small hot water tank, around 20 liters, which provides only 2-3 minutes of hot water—I'm not exaggerating. This makes showers extremely inconvenient.
