Close to the caves.

We didn't like that we couldn't talk outside after 9 pm, the hosts were so rigid and they didn't tell us when booking, just one hour before the arrival. They have a nice garden to stay out but you can't use it at ease if you are playing or talking out loud. We had a small room with 4 beds, no comfortable at all and very hot (without air conditioned and with a very low ceiling). This can't be used as a bedroom. There are a lot of rules. It's not a place to go with kids or a group. We were 6 adults and 4 kids and we all think this should be an "only adults" hotel.

Good location for visiting the Skocjanske Jame. Cleanliness.

The house was creaking the whole first night - it was impossible to sleep. There was no light in the house after dark. The installed light did not give anything - without our lamp we would not be able to move in the house. Makeshift fixings - the curtain was falling down when the bed was made. One shared bathroom (one shower and one toilet) for a large number of people. Toilet and shower were in one room so couldn't use at the same time by other guests.. Glass door to the bathroom - no comfort of taking a shower. No place to wash dishes, even a cup. Expensive breakfasts. In the description a lot of facilities, which in fact could not be used/available or were heavily restricted. P.S. Regarding to the host's response, due to accusing me of lying. - we paid for this wooden house: EUR 82.5 per night (without tourist tax and breakfast) - We couldn't wash dishes e.g. a tea cup or even wash the fruits - There was a discussion with the Lady and after the explanations, we accepted all rules. All conversations were polite. - We weren't the only ones who had a problem with lighting. I did not write untruths at any point. At no point were we rude to the Lady. I provided facts about our stay and for this particular facility/house we used. I agree that everyone has their own experiences and can draw conclusions. In my opinion, attacking guests personally and accusing them of telling untruths and being very rude shows "the class" of the host. Very nice environment, quiet and good for relaxing after all day trip or seaside adventure. Hosts were very friendly, looking all our wishes.

We loved the peace of the place,we did a nature full immersion. The best spot were to relax. The host was so kind and patient. The room was clean.

More clean then most expensive hotels. Everything is settled with care about even tiniest details. Renato is probably most kind host which I meet ever. Free parking in front of house is wide and very close to apartments. House is beautiful, also surrounding. 10+

Nice hosts, clean apartmant, close to many potential tourist attractions/cities, a quiet and nice place to sleep.
