Just the view!

The bathroom was shocking! No water pressure. Poor hot water.

Nothing

No Wi-Fi, old room, and the door of the room for made out of kartboard

very convenient to everything in Patong and friendly staff plus great view of the water n mountains

the bed/mattress was a little hard but ok

Was in a good location and had a nice view. Pool was nice.

The shower was cold - we only managed to have a hot shower once. The room was dirty, the linen wasn’t clean and floors were filthy. The bed frame was broken, so we had to sleep on a lean.

The view was fantastic. Swimming pool area was great. The staff were very friendly and helpfull.

The toilet was terrible very small space to go to the toilet. There isnt any room to move about in the shower or go to the toilet. The air condition was dripping from day 2 all the time. Had to use towels to wipe it up every day. The room wasent cleaned. I was there for 19 nights and was only cleaned 2 times. When i had a compaint ie the air con or cleaning i was told my room was private and not booked through hotel. It was very frustrating. But i had rough idea the were not able speak or say anything. I was told on arrival i had pay cash. It left me with very little money left. Ive booked for next year but i think im going cancel when i get back home. The view is prob the oly thing i go back for as most other things even though small kept adding up.

we didn’t like the fact it was a condo, we thought it was a hotel?

wasn’t very clean spare pillows were disgraceful.
