Broken chair in the kitchen, hairdryer almost burn out didn’t in function, tv controller with empty batteries, nobody is taking care about this place

1.The cooktop in the kitchenette was top class. 2. Enough bed space for 4 people. 3. It's good enough space for anyone wanting to spend a few hours or just overnight stay for the money

1. No human touch. The owner sent a text that they aren't able to come for keys, which is understandable but not responding to messages on booking.com & not answering calls is not very professional of the host or managing team 2. Privacy ... bathroom window is open to the backyard of the neighbours. Has a transparent screen and glass. Also, the bathroom floor is no proper drainage. Water is coming out of the shower atagnat3s between the washbasin and toilet closet. There is no wiper to push or clear stagnant water. 3. Cold & tiled floor. The carpeted area is not enough. For decemebr, the room was very, very cold and the heating options weren't working well. Could be an issue of awareness to operate the heaters , but then there was no instruction, and neither the host/managing team approachable to solve it 4. Very. Clear instructions to not park by the neighbours are allowed to park close and jam access from the gate side. 5. Having an identification on the door would help the customers as there are 3 units in the same house and only 1 of the 3 I'd then rente apartment.

The location was good, it is few minutesby walk from the city center. There is secure parking, which is also benefit of this accomodation.

The communication with accomodation is not good. We need invoice and owner didn´t communicate with us. We had also mildew on shower curtain and in kettle, but they change it when we text them.

Amazing for a short stay for two guests, check-in was easy and quick and the staff sent all the necessary information. Only a 10 minute walk to the city center. Would definitely recommend!

The kitchen could be better equipped and dishes cleaned better, other than that nothing to complain about

Great location and possibilities(bar, shopping, downtown), electronic code instead of keys, design of the apartment, comfy bed. It was enough for a couple with a 2 years old.

Continous water in the bathroom floor (something flows), little lamp in the kitchen doesn't work (after put the kid to sleep,we couldn't use big lightning in the kitchen because no door to the bedroom), some plugs are dislocated, dripping fridge.

The room is clean and as shown in the pics. Situated in a very secure residential area. Has all bars and restaurants at 15mins walk. Good location. good for a couple. Check in was easy. Took 15euros by taxi from the busor train station

1. Not ment for 4 persons at all 2. Very conjusted for 4persons 3. No space to keep large sized bags. 4. Towels were worn out.
