They have 24hour reception. The young lady was very nice, good english and helped us with everything we needed. For sure if we will travel again to this part of Serbia we will stay here again!

The noise from the toilet comes to the room, you can hear literally everything. The pool is not a part of the hotel, it's just a municipal property that places very close to the hotel. The pool could be closed (no clear opening hours a written on the entrance).
