Victory apartment - Heart of Belgrade

Bei meine Buchung stand Parkplatz zu Verfügung 8€täglich, Besitzer meinte er hatte keine eigene Parkplätze und das schlimmste um 11h wurde mir von Besitzer apartman storniert wegen angeblichen rohre bruch, ich war auf mich alleine gestellt und stunden lang einen neues Apartment zu bekommen. Dass war reines Betrug

위치 하나는 정말 좋다. 마트도 가깝고 근처 좋은 카페, 식당이 많다. 교통도 편리.

첫날부터 바퀴벌레가 세 마리 나옴. 호스트의 대응은 바퀴벌레 약을 뿌려주는 것이 전부. 식기는 쓰기 어려울 정도로 너무 지저분. 바닥도 먼지투성. 가구도 부서진 것들이 많았다. 침구류도 너무 지저분. 어쩔 수 없이 하루 종일 쓸고 닦고 씻어야 했다. (그래서 우리 다음 숙박객은 좀 괜찮을지도...)

The owner is very easy to communicate with, is a nice and polite guy, he was helping us also with advice about the parking.. but we ended up parking very far away and paying parking.. he answers immediately, the owner, Milos. .. The apartment is comfortable, big, bright, nice looking, especially I loved the wooden floor, the location is great, the beds are very comfortable, so we slept very nice, but the problem was the kitchen actually the cleanliness.. it was not clean, and the utensils were dirty, like we wanted to cook a soup and suddenly the cooking pot is dirty, actually not washed well, some of the glasses were kind of dirty too, when we wanted to pour water, also when we wanted to make a coffee we saw that the coffee maker is terrible someone burnt milk inside and was not cleaned, nor replaced with a new one, so we couldn't make any coffee, nor soup. Or anything else... Basically we didn't use the kitchen, because it was not clean.. the surfaces of the kitchen cabinets and the counter were dirty too. The electric kettle was gross, 100% dirty inside and outside so we couldn't use it.. The garbage can was broken and dirty, the faucet was dirty and unstable you think it will break any moment, the walls of the apartment, were dirty too, the apartment desperately needs painting. Not to mention that there are no basics, like soaps and stuff like that... It was some extremely old and wasted soaps that looked gross .. we didn't want to wash our hands with those soaps.. In the fridge it had some old forgotten food. Anyway the living room and the bedrooms were pretty much okay, though it didn't have a little table next to my bed, so I can put water and my phone , the bathroom is old , hasn't been renovated, so, in any case looks dirty. Basically if you stay here eat outside.. and bring your own soaps and stuff..

The kitchen was dirty, we could not cook.. not even to make coffee in the morning. The facilities and the utensils were not clean.
