The owner was very polite & helpfull. the location is excellent. the parking is just across the street.

Clean apartment, comfortable bed, central location. You have everything you need during a short stay. I'd stay there again.

The building is a bit depressing. The kitchen is actually below the street level. The heating is with air-conditioning devices and an electric radiator.
