Samui Grand Rock

Property had everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen and great air cons and powerful shower. It’s located 3/4 up quite a steep hill but the view is great. There’s a small Italian restaurant in the corner as you meet the main road with great coffee and food and opens at 7am

Difficultés d'accès. Grande pente à monter. Vigilance en scooter.

Just about everything. Great staff, view, location. All fine.

We did give Philipp and Suwamin a couple of suggestions, but the place is really fine. Just minor adjustments to make it even better.

Space was OK but let down by service

A few cleanliness issues and lots of ants inside. Owner also didn't even supply rubbish bags and expected us to carry rubbish down a lot of stairs and hill. Lots of stairs for luggage and no help provided. Owner made us feel uncomfortable during the stay especially upon checkout. Upon a checkout inspection he went over the place in a lot of detail pulling back the bedsheets and noticing a small stain which looked like blood. I'm not sure what it was and it was very small. He wanted us to pay for new bedsheets and made my family uncomfortable. I've never had anyone inspect bedsheets before. He seemed to target that room and go straight to the bed before doing anything else so perhaps he'd already been in there or been watching. Stick to an actual hotel who look after their guests with respect and would simply wash the sheets. A hotel woukd also use hotel quality cotton white sheets. Probably not the sort of place you would want to stay alone.

A perfect place for a family. Spacious, nice balcony view and great view from the pool. We fully reccomend it and hope to come back!

Really recommend staying in one of these apartments, especially if you're planning on being here a while! Great pool, friendly and helpful owners, the apartments are brilliant with comfy beds, big sofas, massive TV's and all the kitchen equipment necessary. Will definitely be come back!
