Apartments Marica

Perfect location to explore the mountains and nature in Slovenia and Italy. The awesome Alpe-Adria bicycle trail passes just by the apartment! Very quite small town, but close to the touristic Kranjska Gora Super quiet location Very nice hosts Kitchen well equipped Refrigerator size is normal/usable (much bigger than mini-bar) Aircon in the living room Beautiful pastoral view very comfy shower, there is no leakage! roller blinders/curtains - very useful to keep the apartment dark in the morning if you want to sleep and wake up late. The owner gave use bicycles in a reasonable condition for free use - it was great! (:

Small sink and no dishwasher - washing the dishes was somewhat challenging (:

Bright and airy with a nice view. Very clean and well equipped. A few minutes drive away from the centre (4 min). Parking available on site.

Would be perfect if the apartment was a bit further from the road but other than that all was perfect.

The apartment was very clean

When we were booking the apartment, we looked through the photos and found info about two apartments; Ula and Nik. Both seemed really nice. It turns out that there is a third apartment of which we were unaware because only names Ula and Nik were shown. We booked the smaller apartment for the three of us believing we will have a balcony, beacause two balconies were shown. Upon arrival we realized that there is an apartment Anja, in the attic with only tiny windows. In the winter this wouldn't be an issue but during summer we wanted to have a balcony. We told the lady who hosted us that had there been a photo of the third doors with Anya on it we would realise it is a smaller apartment and wouldn't even consider it. She said only I am sorry. The same day we realized that the door lock is not working from the inside, meaning the door can be opened at any time, and steep stairs follow the exit. We were with a 18month old toddler running around all the time so this was a dealbreaker for us - having a practically opened door was an unacceptable risk. In the end, when we were leaving, putting our luggage in the car , it seems the owner came, however he didn't say hi or anything at all. Basically after we complained to the owners' sister, the owner didn't bother to contact us at all. All in all horrible!

This is a really nice, clean and very comfortable apartment, ideal for a company or family of four or five. The wiev is fantastic from every room. The apartment is next to the road, but there isn' t any traffic noise on the roads at night.

We liked the location, view and the children's playground in the front. The host also gave us access to two bikes we could use.

They could have had salt and a spatula in the kitchen for eggs.
