Sensitive Apartment

The apartment is large, spacious and comfortable. There is everything you need in there and it feels like home! The sofas are great for lounging on a hot afternoon. Great host and service.

Big, roomy apartment with everything you need. It was ridiculously hot in Belgrade and the airconditioning was efficient. It is a bit of a walk up to Republic Square etc but close to Skadaska Street and also lots of other restaurants and a supermarket that keeps long hours. Excellent coffee shop on the corner of the street. Vlada was the best host we’ve had anywhere - picked us up from the airport, gave us heaps of info about catching the buses, local places to eat etc. We were planning to catch the bus to Novi Sad when we checked out but he recommended the train which was much quicker and very comfortable. The station is some way out and he drove us there. Time was tight so he came in and bought out tickets from the machine so we didn’t have to queue, paid for them when the machine wouldn’t take our foreign card and then tried to refuse reimbursement. He even ran with us down to the platform so we knew where to go. Above and beyond!!!

Nothing to dislike. The lift wasn’t working and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Not a problem for us, but something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. Being an old building, this can happen.

Both the location of the apartment ( attractions, restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance) and the pickup and drop off from the airport by the owner were excellent. The Balcony is a nice extra to the apartment

Excellent apartment, bright and airy, well appointed, with lovely balcony for morning sunshine (al fresco breakfast every day). Quiet location, convenient for the old town (short walk to the North East end of Skadarlija), with an excellent supermarket nearby. Fabulous host (Vlada) who was also kind enough to provide us with airport transfers by car...thank you!
