Tutto perfetto. Appena entri nella struttura senti aria di casa. In mezzo al verde di Sared, questa casa è un angolo di paradiso. Pulitissima, profumata e dotata di ogni comfort ed accessorio utile. Abbiamo trovato anche il caffè. Moijca è stata fin da subito accogliente e solare. Ci ha offerto la grappa fatta da loro e ci ha anche fatto provare una serata il vino della sua vigna. Simpatica e super disponibile per tutto, ci ha spiegato le varie strade. Sono stati quattro giorni di pace e relax. Posizione ottima per raggiungere la costa Slovena ed anche la Croazia.

Wir waren 12 Tage lang bei Mojca im Hiša Ivančič und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns gut über alles Relevante informiert. An einem Abend lud sie uns zu einer Weinprobe ein, die sehr unterhaltsam war. Der Wein hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, weswegen wir davon auch ein paar Flaschen mit nach Hause nahmen. In der Umgebung haben wir die Städte Koper, Piran und Izola besucht, welche alle sehr schön anzusehen waren. Am liebsten waren wir am Strand von Strunjan, an dem man den Tag gut im Schatten großer Bäume verbringen kann (eine Empfehlung von Moica 😊). Die Pizzeria in Sared ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man die Badezimmer hätte abschließen können. Die Klimaanlage ist im Wohnzimmer installiert, dadurch kommt in den Schlafzimmern nur wenig Kühlleistung an.

Die Lage ist perfekt für Strandtage und Wanderungen in der nähren Umgebung. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war herrlich - besonders abends, wenn man die Sonne über dem Meer untergehen sehen kann. Die Wohnung hat alles was es braucht, wir haben mehrfach selber gekocht. Die Gastgeberin Mojca sind super nett und herzlich, die Kommunikation lief sehr unkompliziert erst über Booking, dann über Whatsapp. Generell war sie sehr bemüht, uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen - mit Tipps für die Umgebung und sogar einer Weinverkostung im hauseigenen Weinkeller. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vorsicht bei der Anfahrt - Google Maps hat uns über einen steilen, unbefestigten Wein-/Feldweg geschickt, der mit weniger robusteren Autos nicht zu meistern ist.

Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Izola, Piran und Koper in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ruhiges Bergdorf (mit guter Pizzeria - 200 mtr. entfernt). Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zelo lepa lokacija s čudovitim razgledom in nadvse prijazni gostitelji. Apartma izjemno čist in ima vse potrebno. Seveda pa odlična vinska klet z vrhunskim vinom! 🥂

Tout est parfait chez Mojca. L'appartement était impeccable, calme, confortable. L'emplacement est très bien pour éviter la foule mais suffisamment proche des lieux à visiter ! L'accueil était incroyable. Mojca prend le temps pour expliquer sa région et faire déguster son vin (tres bon). Merci beaucoup. On a regretté de ne rester qu'une nuit mais on reviendra ! Je recommande à 100%.

We had a wonderful stay at Hisa Ivancic. The host was very welcoming & communicative, she gave us the feeling that we were at home and also provided some valuable information, such as where the best beach is, good restaurants, which are the best roads to reach the cities and beaches, etc. What I’d like to recommend is that the host produces excellent wine & olive oil, which you can buy and bring home. I’d also like to highlight that the apartment had a stunning sea view with a balcony where you can watch the sunset. The beds & bed linen are very clean and comfortable, and since we are in a village, the nights were calm and without any noise. In the kitchen you basically have all the equipment that is needed, and finally, the internet connection was stable and very good. If we have the opportunity to revisit the Slovenian Riviera, we'd book again a stay at this apartment.

We liked everything, but the highlights were the hospitality and helpfulness of our host, the amazing view from the balcony and the location. Izola and Piran are within easy reach by car, but we could also enjoy the peace and quiet of the immediate surroundings. A lovely place.

We didn't have enough time to visit the cave and taste our host's wines. Considering the rosé we were offered on our arrival it would have been a nice experience too.
