Very friendly host, value for money and great location. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Central to the key sights of novi sad. Highly recommend

Nothing major to dislike. The shower handle was broken and the heater did not warm the water consistently. The room also ran a little hot at night, and can be noisy due to the cafe nearby.

The apartment was clean and spacious and everything worked. We felt comfortable in there. The location was great as well, we could easily walk to the city center where all restaurants and stores are located. Over all it was a great place to stay at a low cost and I would go back.

It can be a bit challenging if you don't speak Serbian. My boyfriend who is Serbian helped with finding out how to get the keys and calling the host to let us know we arrived so she could come collect the payment. She doesn't speak English, so if I was alone with my mother it would've been more challenging, but doable. There's a restaurant below the apartment so it can be a bit noisy during the day and early evening, also because of the apartment central location in general. But it wasn't an issue for us, we could sleep with the windows closed and it seems like the noise went down after midnight or so.

The host was very friendly,showed us everything on our arrival.The apartment is very close to the city centre and clean.There was and airconditioner which helped us to survive the heat.The terrace was nice.

The apartment is not very bright.I am afraid that there is not enough space in the bedroom for people who are chubby/bigger.My mum could not have slept in the bedroom as there was not enough space to get in and out of bed.The shower water temperature wasn't stable.The sink water was splashing everywhere.No coffee to welcome the guests.

Very well appointed apartment, ideally located in the city centre. Clean and professionally run.

The double bed foam mattress is not very comfortable for two as slopes to the middle. Apartment would be excellent if the mattress is replaced.
