Size of app Wifi TV set Bed Cleanliness Linens and towels Quietness of the place

Problem with bath: it was a very difficult to regulate the temperature of water in a bath mixer , water was either very hot or ice cold((( Floorboards were on different levels, plinths were absent along some walls and there was a big spot without paint on a wall like after water leak in a bedroom ((( Also app was a bit dusty, I had to open all windows for ventilation. Kitchen has a very poor kit of amenities (((
