"Odnos prema gostima može biti bolji"

Lokacija je odlična, postoji parking za sve goste. Apartman je dobro opremljen, sve funkcioniše, savršeno je čist. Nameštaj je odličnog kvaliteta.

Sobu nije bilo moguće zaključati zbog neispavnosti sistema za ključ karticu. Na kontakt telefon recepcije se niko nije javljao. Kasniji izgovor je bio sa postoje i dodatni kontakt telefoni zapisani na recepciji. Wi-fi informacije se takodje mogu samo na recepciji naći. Sve ove informacije nama nisu bile dostupne jer smo došli u 18h (recepcija radi do 17h). Ne postoji obaveštenje o tome da postoje senzori na prozorima i vratima koji isključuju klima uređaj. Slike sobe koju smo rezervisati su pokazivale pogled na jezero, ali naša soba je imala pogled na parking. Nismo se imali kome žaliti, jer se nisu javljali na telefon. Nije bilo šampona/gela za tuširanje.

Thr location was great,the bed was comfy and the kitchen with everything needed .A very cozy place

The bathroom had a sewer smell in all 3 rooms we had but in one of the rooms the body wash container from the bathroom was empty and in one corner were a few fake eyelashes from the previous client or from the cleaning person.

Smeštaj je na dobroj lokaciji, odmah uz jezero, lepo je uredjen i prostran.

Samo Srebrno jezero nije za kupanje, deluje kao bara, a posle čujemo od lokalaca da se ni oni tu ne kupaju, jer voda nije bakteriološki ispravna.. U apartmanu se iz kupatila osećao veliki smrad, kažu da je zbog prekomerne gradnje a neprilagodjene kanalizacione infrastrukture i da je tako u svim apartmanima.. Cene po restoranima na čitavom Srebrnom jezeru su visoke, iako je ponuda raznovrsna.. Veliko Gradište je jako simpatičan gradić u blizini i to je ulepšalo boravak.
