La acest capitol nu am ce comenta căci cazarea mea refuzat rezervarea in ultimul moment

Având o călătorie mai lunga, am selectat cazarea respectiva pentru un popas de o noapte. In prealabil am convenit că ne cazam in jurul orei 23-00, dar în urma unor ambuteiaje pe traseu urma să ne cazam in jur de ora 01-00. Am solicitat gazdei cazarea la ora menționată și că răspuns am primit refuzul și anume: cazarea după ora 01-00 nu este posibilă deoarece chek-out noi trebuie să-l facem pina la ora 11-00. Respectiv nu am înțeles de ce au refuzat cazarea?
