What an extraordinary welcome. It was my father's birthday trip, and the hosts welcomed us with a very special gift. They were helpful and kind. The location is extraordinary, the price excellent, parking easily accessible, the quality of service tremendous. This is place is one of Ljubljana's best-kept secrets, and I am so happy we chose to stay here. You should do the same. 10/10.

Very friendly welcome, thank you. The apartment is very well equipped, absolutely clean and all appliances worked including the good WiFi. The fridge was full of breakfast items. You can park on the property, which is fenced off.

The only thing we didn't like was the terrace, which had to be shared with permanent residents.

Location, cleanliness

Tomas was very passionate to provide us as much as he could. He showed us where we could park our car, showed us the way to the apartment, adviced on the nearby attractions and restaurants and even filled up the fridge with tasty, fresh breakfast products. He was a very reliable host, helped us a lot and expressed his care. The apartment is located near the city centre - around 10 minutes of walking. This flat has air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and a bit small, but clean bathroom. The parking nearby the apartment is behind a gate, which is closed with a lock. Tomas, thank you!

It can be a bit troublesome to get to the apartment - you need to use steep staircase which is outside the building. The entry to the bathroom is a trap - the doors are 30 cm above the floor, you need to be careful not to fall when leaving it at night! The bunk bed is unfortunately terrible, you need to be twice as careful when going up or down, especially at night.

- Location is very good being near bus and train stations. - The breakfast ingredients in the fridge were delicious and the kitchen well equipped. - WIFI works well and there are plenty of TV channels, including many English language channels. - Check-in was easy as Tomas the owner was waiting for us outside the property.

- You must climb a vertical ladder to get into the bed. So if you have issues with mobility, this place is not for you.

Everything was excellent. Clean, comfortable, Tomas was very welcoming.

Location is great. The owner is such a friendly person. He had more than enough food left for the breakfast.

Location was excellent. Tomas is very friendly and allowed us to check in early - which was very helpful after a long overnight flight! He had also stocked the fridge and pantry with many basic food items - which meant we didn't have to go grocery shopping upon arrival! As frequent travelers, this was a very pleasant "first" for us.

Very attentive host. Apartment had a variety of supplies for a great breakfast.
