L'emplacement en plein cœur de Belgrade. La proximité de la clinique pour mes soins. Le confort du studio et le calme. Ascenseur vieux mais fonctionnel. La propreté. Beaucoup de rangement.

location is good, host was quick on key delivery and gave me a 4 euro discount cause the washing machine did not work.. considering I lost an afternoon looking for a self service laundrette and having to do all my laundry there, I still think I paid too much for what I ended up receiving.

I picked this property so I could wash my clothes but then I arrived and was told that the washing machine hasn't been working for a while already. Also the shower does not close on one side so every time you shower the floor gets all wet. In the bathroom there is a leakage from the boiler with a little cup under it to collect the drops. In the kitchen there is literally just 1 knife an 2 forks in the cutlery drawer, so 2 people cannot cut food at the same time. I would have loved to have at least 2 normal knives and a kitchen towel would have been very practical. It felt like a scam cause afterwards I realised that the host put the pictures of 2 completely different apartments in the general photos of the listing so I was given a small 25m2 studio instead of the apartment I wanted which seems to have a living room, bigger kitchen and separate bedroom. I didn't have time to argue about this. Also, it was not worth the effort since I stayed only 3 nights, but I was very disappointed. I would suggest the host to at least separate the apartments on Booking so the guests can pick the bigger one and actually get it, not end up being given a small studio that's falling apart.
