The apartment is spatious, with living room and separate bedroom and nice bathroom. Bathroom had all facilities needed. Living room is very spatious with semi-closed balcony with table and chairs, and kitchenette. The bed was comfortable.

First there was a problem with hot water. The temperature on the shower changed frequently by itself, and it was not possible to have a decent bath. The kitchenette could not provide even mild water temperature. The second, despite knowing the arrival hour, the apartment was not heated. It took some hour or so to reach decent temperature, and it was quite cold during the night, as the weather was a bit chilly those days. This was my lesson learnt - always ask in advance to warm the apartment before the arrival. The third, there was no possibilities to cook something (no cooker, or dishes), only hot water boiler for tea/coffee. These, but mainly the first and second observations, are the reasons for lower grade from my side.
