"Good and comfortable"

Location Clean place Comfort (Wifi, heating, beds) Early check-in (10:00 instead of 14:00 ) Enough dishes, wardrobes, etc Pleasant interior

Deposit 200 euros. Not a flexible host (minimum of the stay - 4 days for Christmas). A host kept saying that he had 9 more flats which was annoying and not very friendly. Although the guy was good in general. One can negotiate with him - he is a business guy :) No dishwashing machine (with a family of 4 persons it is a problem). No shower curtain, and no keys in the bathroom. How should one go to the toilet?! With the label ‘Occupied’ !? The shower handle was lacking water - nobody had checked it before, I guess. A high price - 170 euros per night - Christmas time, I guess. But it was not worth this money. The apartment is good of course, but not for 170 euros per night. Christmas is an exception.

Beautiful apartment! Location is top. Parking space is right under the building. Boiler heats, AC chills, everything works like it should. Friendly and calm landlord. I definitely do recommend.
