Location was great, 5 minute walk to the center of the city in Belgrade. Transparent shower was also cool.

The elevator wasn't functioning, and we had to walk the stairs until the 5th floor every day. Although they mentioned it to us, and gave us a 10% discount, it was only one day before the arrival, which didn't give us enough time to search for a new place, so our best option was to stay with this. The building overall was filthy and the wires from the broken elevator were out, creating a hazard. They also didn't mention the existance of two clubs within the building, which over the weekend you could feel the bass and hear some muffled music until late in the morning hours.

No matter how much the property explains, it cannot change the fact that this is a property that is prone to conflict with guests and is extremely controversial. No one will take the risk. The property repeatedly defended itself instead of facing up to its mistakes and correcting them. There are many negative reviews about this property on Google Maps, including one about the staff having an anger disorder. The staff didn't let us get out of the elevator and even lied that it was for our safety. If it was for our safety, they should have let us get out of the elevator! This is where the staff did something bad, and now they are lying! There is a nightclub called Club Echelon downstairs, which is very noisy from 11pm to 4am, and we can't sleep at all. It is not recommend staying here.

I strongly refute the false and offensive statements in the response of the property. I would like to clarify the following: 1. The property itself admitted that there was no load limit notice posted outside the elevator on the 0th floor. If it is a fully functional elevator, why is there no alarm for overload? Judging from other guests' reviews on Google Maps, this elevator often breaks down. 2. Because the staff refused to check me in and falsely stated to Booking.com that they did not refuse me to check in, am I wrong to say that you are lying? When I checked in for the second time, the staff had hung up the call with Booking.com. Now the hotel says that I am preventing them from communicating directly? 3. The staff blocked the elevator entrance and prevented us from going out, we said in our own language, "Hurry up and press the elevator down", but the staff repeated our language "down, down" in a contemptuous tone. Isn't this racial discrimination? 4. There is a nightclub downstairs, which is very noisy from 11pm to 4am. This is a big disadvantage. Why don't you make this public? Are there nightclubs downstairs in the all downtown hotels? Do we have to stay at your place? 5. I revised it repeatedly because the property was repeatedly revising it and publishing false statements. If I violate the law, you are welcome to sue me or send me a lawyer's letter instead of just threatening me.

The host was very kind and helpful. The room was very cozy.
