Host is super nice and Made checkin and checkout process a breeze. Location is fantastic, in the middle of the city, yet very quiet

There is no a/c so it was very hot in the room. There is a fan, a big one, which is too loud for us. We did not sleep well due a high temperature and loud fan provided. Also, bed is not comfortable and pillows are also not really great. I have seen other apartments on location having A/C so owner may consider installing one. Replacing pillows is cheap thing to do and guests will benefit out of it.

The owners were very rude and unhelpful particularly the grandma. The fridge vas very small and not working. No aircon, no ceiling fan. When I vas complaining, next morning I was shopping and I got the call from the owner asking me where I'm and if I'm not back by 11 am she will call the locksmith to open the door and throw my belongings on the street because she never advertised that apartment have air condition or ceiling fans or fridge that can make ice cube for the drinks on the very hot day. I have to carry my luggage on the steps from third floor without any help. Please note that I'm 73 years old.

Excellent apartment, very cozy, clean, with a big terrace. There is everything you need, also treats, tea, coffee are put in the room. Located in the very center, very convenient location. Wonderful, hospitable, positive hostes. The hostes was always in touch with all questions and answered immediately. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! Thank you very much!!

This accommodation was amazing. We were blown away how nice it is, and the location is perfect. Staff was also really helpful.
