"Good location, bad cleaning 😭"

Good location, nearby a 24h supermarket.

heating was turning off at night, we were getting frozen,therefore we were sleeping with many cloths on. The room is very dirty, no cleaning service every day (one has to ask to make the bed or change the lines). my bathroom towel had a red spot of blood from the previous visitor. room is small, just for sleeping.
