Apartman je vrlo loše održavan, čaše nisu bile oprane, vrata kuhinjskih elemenata su bila potrgana, nosač za tuš je bio potrgan, ploča za kuhanje je indukcijska, ali dio lonaca nije bio za kuhanje na indukciji. Kuhinja je općenito vrlo slabo opremljena. Potrgana vrata ledenice u hladnjaku. Neosigurane električne žice vire iz zidova, popucani zidovi Šokantno je da tako neodržavan apartman ima takvu cijenu
