Apartament Gomoiu Monza Arena Nationala

Location: it was near Arena Natională. ( I already responded to booking rate questions)

Unfortunately, my experience with this apartment was very disappointing. The apartment had no heating and no hot water during my stay, which made it extremely uncomfortable. Even more frustrating was the very slow communication from the landlord when trying to resolve these issues. Responses took a long time, and the problems were not handled promptly. I would not recommend this place unless these basic amenities and the responsiveness of the host improve significantly.

Am rezervat,am ajuns la locație,ni s-a spus sa asteptam 15-20 de min.ca vine sa ne dea cheia,nu a ajuns nimeni,nu ne-a mai raspus la tel,am stat in strada inca o ora in fata locației in plus de ora chech-in-ului,am intrebat vecinii...nimeni nu stie nimic. Nu recomand! Pur si simplu bataie de joc. Ulterior am mai sunat si am realizat ca suntem blocati si nu mai putem apela nr de contact ale proprietarilor. Daca eram fara copiii,era mai simplu,dar sa culci copiii in brate in fata blocului si sa fi batjocorit nu este normal! Nu recomand!

The apartment is like a studio, big bed and comfy, Ac, all included in the kitchen, nice View over Bucharest, quite building. The host very communicative, fast in msg reply. Recommend the flat. Very close to the tennis federation and to the Arena and next to a nice park. Close to Mega Mall like 500 m .
