Big rooms ,very clean

Designul elegant și atmosfera liniștitoare – fiecare detaliu din cameră e gândit cu gust, într-un stil modern, dar primitor. Totul e curat, aerisit și foarte bine întreținut.

Propietarii au insistat putin cam mult pe 'fara galagie' desi este kid friendly locatia si era ora 4 dupa masa, deci in afara orelor de liniste. Cine are copii mici, stie ca uneori se intampla si drame :)

Heating system didn’t work

Two enormous rooms with heaps of space, which is rare in Brasov. An excellent location - close to major bus routes, a short walk to the heart of the city.

The place is in need of repairs - broken lock on the bathroom door, lots of lights not working, unfinished sections of wall/ceiling in places. Kitchen is so tiny that it is almost non-existent - just a sink, a fridge, a microwave and an impractical stove. Missing some things you would usually find in a Booking.com apartment - not enough toilet paper, no hand soap, tissues or tea-towel, etc. Arriving was also tricky - instead of instructions for how to get in you have to phone the host who buzzes you in the front gate and then talks you through how to use the lock box to get the keys. Heating was an issue - you are not able to control the temperature yourself and so it was frequently either too hot or too cold. Eventually we got sick of asking the host to change it for us remotely!

Well positioned and good price

Although we insisted that we can adjust the heat, the thermostat is closed in a box and we cannot adjust the temperature. One of the rooms is cooler than the other. Everything for maximum economy, no liquid soap, no cleaning bags, and the kitchen is a cold hallway that cannot be called a kitchen
