בעל הבית אדיב, ענה מהר להודעות, הדליק מזגן לפני שהגענו כדי שניכנס לדירה נעימה.

כלי מיטה חסרים, חלקם לא נקיים במיוחד, ריח חריף של עישון בדירה, המטבח לא היה נראה מאובזר מספיק.
