Appartamento pulito e confortevole

Duże czyste mieszkanie, miejsce parkingowe, balkon

Locația este curată, modernă și dotată cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur relaxant. Gazda a fost foarte amabilă, iar zona este excelentă.

Dotările la limita. Se putea mult mai bine cu cheltuieli minime. Curățenia a lăsat de dorit, gândaci, lenjeria, prosoapele cu semnul întrebării, la baie nu era o perdea sau paravan pentru a nu stropi. Caloriferul murdar. La bucatarie nu erau condimente la minim piper, ulei, otet pentru o salata. Vesela putina si nu era curata . Pe balcon lipsea un scaun. Aspect general al locației ok la prima vedere după care era imposibil de descoperit una alta.... Cu puțin mai mult interes si atenție se poate îmbunătăți totul.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The flat I stayed in was well-lit in a newly built neighbourhood within easy reach of shops and restaurants. Also, it was very close to the airport.

The washing machine was broken. The hosts knew about this before I checked in as there was a sign on the machine but made no effort of letting me know beforehand. This was quite bothersome especially since I was on a long trip and booked an apartment especially so that I could wash my clothes. I was told that they could potentially change me to another apartment but when the next morning came I then heard nothing. I had to text to ask for an update and then was told that it was too late to change house. I then asked for a partial refund for as I was missed a part of the facilities and was told that they would consider it. I waited two weeks and, again, no word. I texted again and was told that 'boss' did not reply to my contact and I should just take it up with the platform. The flat itself was fine and pleasant, but definitely not the best experience when problems arose.

Am avut o experienta foarte placuta. Cazarea a fost curata si spatioasa, oferind suficient loc pentru a ne simti confortabil pe toata durata sederii. Gazda a fost foarte primitoare, amabila si disponibila atunci cand am avut nevoie de informatii. Totul a decurs fara probleme, iar atmosfera a fost una placuta si relaxanta. Recomand cu drag aceasta cazare.
