"Convenient pickup service from airpor but room with some important flaws"

They picked me up in the airport and took me to my room. That was convenient. However, the communication before pickup was not fluent and clear. The pickup place ended up being different. Renata, the person that ultimately picked me up was very kind. But apparently the person I was messaging with before the arrival was someone else, and not clear in the responses, despite my insistence. Location is ok. They have good café for breakfast nearby.

In addition to the not so good communication before pickup, the room had a serious issue: The radiator in the bathroom could not be turned off, it was on when I arrived and the bathroom was quite hot, and partly the room too. The only solution was to unplug the entire heating system in the room. I arrived quite late and looked forward to going to sleep immediately after my arrival, but the heating issue delayed the time until I was finally comfortable. The pillows were also too small and flat. Not really good for my preference.

"Alles in einem sehr empfehlenswert"

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber und der Service war mega. Wir haben noch einen Kaffe bekommen und die Dame am Empfang hat uns den Uber gebucht und sehr nett ausgeholfen. Können wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen
